LND150 options?

Hi folks,

I'm interested in mucking around a bit with LND150 mosfets; mouser has a number of options for the part and I was just hoping for some confirmation that for stompbox purposes there's no meaningful difference between any of them. They list 6 different thru-hole versions of the LND150, all of which share the same datasheet, and the few product pages I A/B'd look identical too.

I assume they're sorted somehow? If there's a version that has closer tolerances or something like that, I'm happy to pay the extra 7-cents.

The additional suffix letters/numbers are part of Mouser's stock number. It may mean single piece or bulk, or some other internal Mouser meaning. Otherwise, they are all the same product.
