I finished this pedal about 3 weeks ago and it was dead on initial power up. Got it working, but since I've never used a real Nobels ODR-1, I don't know if it's working "totally" right, because...

During troubleshooting, I checked this forum as suggested by AionFX and found 1 of the IC's voltages(IC1 -Pin5) to be lower than what some others (who were having trouble with the Andromeda) had posted. I asked AionFx for the correct voltages back then, but haven't heard back as of today.

I'm firmly in the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" camp, but in this case I don't have the knowledge to know if it's broke or not. Should I be concerned about the voltage of IC1 -Pin5 causing problems down the road? Thanks for any input!

The build docs are here...  https://aionfx.com/app/files/docs/andromeda_kit_documentation.pdf

Here's my voltages...

Here's the schematic...

no. the opamp output follows its input, so if the out volts read good, the input volts must also be good. when you look at the input voltage w/ yer meter, it loads the resistor and drags down the voltage. if you had a meter on the output pin at the same time, you'd seee that voltage sag whenever you measure at the input.

does the thing sound like you want it to sound?

Thanks for your fast reply and easing my mind!

I do like the way it sounds.

Now I can like it even more!  :icon_biggrin:
