Simple EQ CabSim / custom curve

Hey, I'm looking around something like Simple CabSim v2, but with a different eq curve. The curve is not final, however for now it works well for me. Any help with modifying the original Cabsim v2, to fit the eq filters mentioned below?

HP 40hz -12db/oct
Peak 600hz, -4db, Q=0.7
LP 4khz, -12db/oct

I might consider using more resonant ones on HP & LP, so could be with a switch.

Welcome, VoivoD.....Might get some action if you can post a schematic of the circuit you want to modify?

Normally these schematics have to be tweaked on a simulator since all filters interact with each other.
