What connector pins and PCB is this?

Does anyone know where I can purchase pins like the ones in the green circle below or what those pins are called?

Also, does anyone know where I can purchase a dark brown PCB for etching as also shown on the pictures?

welcome to the forum. sometimes, different names. PCB stakes, board pins, solder pins, shouldered stakes, any combinations of those words. vero pins, maybe. perf pins, even.

"Double Sided Barbed Terminal Pin".

[edit] there is a single-ended nail type that needs to be hammered into the board before all else, as well as the double-ended one w/ shoulder.

+1 Welcome, and +1 for "PCB terminal pins" too. But Duck's right, they get called all sorts. Image search can sometimes help so you don't go chasing after stuff that's not what you had in mind.
