MXR Sugar Drive - 4 IC’s?

Curious the function of the 3x TL072's in the MXR Sugar Drive. It's supposedly a Klone of sorts.

Actually a nice sounding little pedal. Any insight appreciated as always 8)

Without a schematic or layout to translate into a schematic we wouldn't have a clue. We can only listen and guess.

That said, it's likely just a Klon with included buffer & boost. But I really don't know.

I've built a couple Klones so somewhat familiar with the circuit, but SMDs are another story!

There is a switchable buffer, but would the third TL072 be used for that?

Maybe I'll pull the board out for a closer look :o
