Ibanez DLL Digital Delay issue: no delay signal

I got this from a friend to try and fix for them. The bypass LED works but there is no delay signal. When I first powered it on it seemed like there was a fait a bit of delay but adjusting the knobs made it go away and I can't get any delay signal out of it.

I've read about some FET switching issues that can occur so I'm wondering if the delay isn't engaging, just the LED.

I can't find a schematic on this. Wondering if anyone has had an issue with this pedal or other pedal from this similar Ibanez series?
