Troubleshooting a God City Apostle - Worked and then it didn't

Hey All, thanks in advance for any help you're able to offer here. Pics and schematic attached, I got this all assembled the other day, plugged it into a test platform and it sounded great. Boxed it, went to adjust the jfet trimmers - it fell off the coffee table onto the carpet, wasn't a huge hard drop or anything - and suddenly, nothing. I went back and checked the charge pump/power section and everything seems ok there, I'm getting up to 35v on the jfets and 18 on the op-amp.

When I audio-probed it, I have input sound at R1, and sound going into R2, but nothing coming out of R2. Checked all the values again, and even replaced R2 and that's still where the sound stops. I had a 25v cap at C31, crammed a 50v in there in case it got fried, nothing changed. I had to wire the toggle off-board to make it work with the enclosure I drilled, it was working fine at first - reflowed those connections and pressed the wires against the pads while doing it, and nothing. The board obviously still needs some clean up for solder balls and flux, but I'm feeling a bit stumped at the moment.

Check R2/R3/Q1 Gate for short to GND..
(or short to any AC ground, like VB, VA or C28, C30 to C32, C1, C19 & C23 positive leg..)
