Ah yes, I see that I wrote them down, wrong. Sorry about that :(

Anyway, I made an audio probe and the signal goes through up to pin 3 of the IC. After that nothing gets the signal anymore.

Can this mean that my IC is bad? Or can another component in the vicinity be causing the problem?

Here I am again xD

So, I tried removing the IC from the circuit and I put a jumper between pin 3 and 6 of the socket. This made the pedal work, although not as it should obviously. It reacted well to all the controls and clipping options.

So I'm now fairly sure the problem is in or around the IC. How common is a bad IC? And since the pedal worked for real for about a day, is it possible that the IC got shorted somehow?

I will try replacing it with a new one but it will likely take over a week to arrive.

Are you absolutely sure that you have inserted IC correctly in the initial build ?
If it's not, i'am pretty sure - you burn it out.   :(
Manufacturers should cease to cross-position design of power pins.   :icon_idea:  :icon_exclaim:
Send photo of IC panel without IC.

So, I finally replaced the IC and the pedal works now. The octave sounds a bit weird though, especially on the high notes. I saw that in the schematic of the full size Parentheses Fuzz, the Ge diodes are in opposite direction. So maybe the schematic of the mini version is just wrong. I'll try to switch them soon.
