Amp Switcher Questions

I've been looking around and have not had any luck finding an amp switcher that will switch the effects loop as well so I figured I'd take a shot at building on.  On the pedal board side I want to have 3 jacks: "to front of amp", FX Send, and FX Return.  On the other side I would like to have 6 jacks with the same designations but an "a" and a "b" for each.  I would like to handle this with a single switch.  Can anyone help with some advice or a schematic?

Also, I'm not opposed to including led status lights.
