Wide-range LFO circuit?

Hi all. I have googled a bit but I wanted to see if any of you had any favorite go-to circuits for a wide-range, multi-waveform LFO circuit for controlling things. I just ordered an Old Blood Noise Endeavors Expression Ramp pedal for this use, but I wondered if I could build some sort of module that I could keep handy for this purpose which would have a wide sweep range from slowest to fastest, a deep range in how far it sweeps, sine, triangle and square wave outputs, if possible, if not just triangle.

Yeah, that's pretty much what anyone would ever want in the perfect full-featured LFO, i know, i know.

What I would typically want to control with it is something like the Filter expression input on an old Roland GR-300 guitar synth (The inspiration for this was Wayne Joness' recent video with the OBNE Expression Ramp on his GR-300 seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T275Zi8Mk40) or the "Modulation Bus" inputs on old Boss Micro Rack Phasor/Flanger or the C/V input on an A/DA flanger (whose LFO is actually perfect as it is, so maybe I should just look at that schematic, eh?)

Some of you are surely into modular synths, which I am into, in concept, but don't have any modules.... is there an oscillator/LFO module out there already that can be a building block for this purpose?

Lastly, I used to use a form of a Y-cable to blend two LFO signals together to give pseudo-random sweeps to my Boss Micro Rack effects. I didn't bother looking into if that would be electronically bad to do, back then, so I wondered if there was a "right" way to blend two control voltages together so that there would be no damage to either source, if any. Mixing resistors? Coupling caps? A proper op-amp mixing circuit?

I'm overthinking this, but I think it would be a fun project to have around the studio for controlling analog stuff.

Might not suit your purpose but the StompLFO is a very capable chip.
