How does this look?

ElectricDruid

It looks pretty good overall.

There's a few things I might still tweak. I like to get as many tracks as I can on one side, and then have the other side for a mostly-uninterrupted ground plane. Of course, in practice, it doesn't always work like that, but it's a nice theory.

You could move these to the other layer:

Also, in general, if I have two tracks that *can't* both be on the same layer because they cross, I'd try and put the shortest one on the "other" layer - e.g. still try to keep as many tracks on one layer as I can.

Like Captain Barbossa said, they're not so much rules as guidelines ;) You break them to suit a particular situation. I think the board you've got would probably work pretty well. But there's nothing that teaches you what you did wrong like ordering some boards and building them and finding all the stuff you *didn't* think of. Caps too big? Too tall? DC Jack sits over that part of the PCB? etc etc etc. I've got them all wrong by now, and I still find new ways to screw it up the next time!

Finally, R50 seems to only be joined at one end. The schematic-check should have spotted that, so I'm surprised you haven't had an error message about it.

the other end of that resistor is grounded.

Everything Tom said.

Specially the "Order the boards and see what you did wrong". I guarantee you'll see improvement opportunities the minute you look at the boards.

Other than that, run the DRC often.

The board itself looks good. If you are unsure of your craftsmanship, try to look at the boards of famous pedals. Audio is VERY forgiving.

Ah, ok, that makes sense. Thanks.

Yeah. PCB layout is an iterative process.

Do it. Leave it for a day and give it another go. Repeat.
