DOD 250 not working

I need some other eyes on this build...there doesn't seem to be any reason this isn't working. Getting bypass.

I'm not sure but it seems to me like IN-OUT-PCB-3PDT switch grounds aren't connected to PS ground (which is only connected to both pots lug 1..) :icon_wink:

P.S.
Ignore the above in case of indicator LED glowing when effect is ON..

Run a wire from your Output jack shield to the DC jack ground  ;)

SO many project pedals, whether boxed up or not, end up not working because of "wrong" jack lugs being connected.

One can begin troubleshooting by measuring the voltage on the V+ pin of the op-amp.

Under normal circumstances, you shouldn't get any response 'cause "this isn't working" says nothing.. :icon_wink:
