what do you mean?

only the foot switch i change to make it easier to use no clicking noise while in use  and I added spring insted of switch
I change value of some resistor and added vocal range selector.

He means having the wah sit in a fixed position but still engaged, because
1. the spring interferes with the "fixed position" part
2. the automatic bypass interferes with the "still engaged" part.
Your minimal description doesn't make it clear if that's the case. Can we have a little more info, like anything at all?
