i'm a mouser customer for life!

so i placed a mouser order last week and received it last night. of the 8 itmes i ordered, i needed to return 5 (all MY error -- wrong size, type, blah blah blah).

so i called mouser today for a RGA. the overly perky woman on the phone tallied up the amount of the credit and it came to $16 and some change. because it was such a tiny amount (to Mouser, certainly not to me!), they're having me keep the parts AND they're crediting me the entire amount.  :shock:

i realize it's not worth their while to receive and restock the items (their cost is probably what, like $8?), but i just couldn't believe how cool they were about it. like the title says, i'm a mouser customer for life.
