I have a american standerd telecaster and need to tweek the action. I cant find the  right allen wrench. Does any one know what size I need? I have tryed the smallest ones I have but they are too big.  :cry:

Hey hey, brother Tele.
Have one myself.
First it will be an imperial (inch fractions) size.
Second - it's probably 1/8however by remembering it may also be 3/16 or 5/16.
Buy a set and make sure the abovementioned sizes are included.
Or go to www.fender.com
Sometimes they post technical data with the description of the guitar.

I've got a Squire Bullet and a Yamaha Strat knock-off so I don't the right gear to answer and I can't find my allen wrenches anyway, but you might try posting your question at this new forum too:

I use a Torx 5 for the action on my strat rip-off... Torx keys work fine for allen holes aswell...

But remember the phrase I made up: Never use a tool to do what it's not meant for. A rule I break all the time :mrgreen:
