Anyone familiar with the brand InLineEffects?

I had a phaser that was made by them back in the eighties.  It didn't sound too bad from what I can recall.  The interesting thing about it to me was that it would get a vocal like sound.  I think it sounded something like it was saying oooh.  Are there others that can get this sort of sound?  I've had many since that wouldn't.

It's the Ludwig Phase II guitar synthesizer that as people says it has a vocal quality character.
By the way Electro Harmonix is offering a stompbox that has wah and phaser effects blended sounds.I think it's called "The Worm".You better check it because it is not expensive
