Hi, i found a pair of MN3005 in a store here in Argentina, U$D 10 each.
I think, i'm building a Deluxe memory man now!!!!!!
But, i see some things that make me think a little more about the proyect.
The MN3005 have the size of a 16pins IC but have just 4 pins in one side and 4 in the other,  like if 4 pins in the middle of each side was missing, it might be like this??? or this are other type of IC????
I'm thinking in the The Edge sound of the early records, if you can't mix the delay with the chorus, there must be some subtle differences between DMM and other analog delays or PT-80, maybe the delay time, 500ms or so.
Anybody build this pedal???

Please any suggestions are welcome.

Saludos, Marcelo.

Nope, it should certainly have only the 4 pins.  What a great find!  Good luck.

Go and buy them, they have only 8 pins. In Mark Hammer's site you will find the datasheet for it.
