Mixing wet and dry

Hi, I new to this forum and not very electrically educated  :?
So far I’ve made A/B boxes, a RM clone (AC128) and modded some BOSS pedals (BD SD1).

My question:
I have a A/B/Y box (Looper) it also has a send/return. I want to be able to mix wet effect and dry signal here.
Is there any easy and understandable way to do this?

All input is appreciated.

Use a pot. On the taper you put you output jack or buffer or whatever you want, and on the two sides of the pot you put the two things you wanna blend. Thing is you'll lose some tone I think.
I don't like Holland. Nobody has the transistors I want.

Welcome, Bjorn!

There's more info here than meets the eye, and this topic does tend to come up now and then. So, try the search function. :D 8)

I think you'll get some relevant threads to come up if you do a search on the combined terms WET DRY BLEND. Click on the bullet to "search for all terms."

Try some other terms or combinations of terms and you'll likely find some more relevant discussions.

Or, if you want to try building something from scratch...

R.G has an article on his site (www.geofex.com) called panning for fun (i have a copy in PDF form) that will do the trick for you!

Splitter - Blend
You didn't say anything about 'split' but the second half of this one mixes or blends two inputsignals.
Works quite well as a Mixer and also as a Splitter Blend.
You could build the whole thing and use half [second half] or cut out the splitter part from your build altogether.
Only thing is, the SB uses six jacks...some of these could be eliminated or course by hard wiring effects into their paths.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

I made a blender ( :D ) with those schematics. Works great!
There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.

Joel Purkiss created something he calls "Buff'nBlend".  It allows for mixing two different effects. The part count is really low (except for the four jacks).  Maybe someone knows where the schem./layout can be found.

Thanx for your prompt replies!
I tried R.G.'s "Panning for fun" (I read before) but I can’t open it for some reason.
I did the search; 17 interesting pages…

I going to try something similar to what Sfr suggests to begin with.
