Went to Radio Shack today and the guy tells me they're not stocking ferric chloride any more.  Seems like they may be getting out of stocking much that's useful to a stompbox d.i.y.er (D. I. Wire? ).  Anyway, now where can a rural cat like me find these etchants?

(assuming you are in USA. Note it ships by ground).
Personally, I prefer ammonium persulphate, but that's just me, I guess. And, I'm in Austraia, so I havn't bought from those guys..

The last time i went to my local Radio Shack the guy told me he wasn't going to stock it anymore either... but there were 6 big bottles on the shelf then.. i can't imagine he gets rid of them too quickly.

I bought up all 5 bottles last time I was at the Shack. I will probably buy all their jacks, too if they ever restock their bins.
Listen to cKy!

"if they ever restock their bins"...

I bought a cap that i swear was from the '70's.  It still said "archer" on the package...

yea so when i bought FeCl3 there, the guy told me they didn't have it and i looked around some more and found it, hiding in the back.  All 3 rat shack's by be have it...can you find another one?
