OT: Mic Controler

Hello All

I have friend who plays percussions, and wants a kind of Mixer or whatever wich makes him able to control each percussion's instruments microphone volume and frequency ( like bass and treble).
He plays far from the soundboard and sometimes he wants control the bass/treble and have to go to the soundboard and do it..

Does anyone have a circuit that can do it ? It can be a single microphone controler(only for volume/bass/treble), or a kind of mixer
