Hey toneless!! Tell me if you received the corrections. I opened a real one and check everything, so that's all you have to do to get real sound. I've checked it and both made the same sh**ty things, and both sounded great for what they are :lol: . Good luck, and tell me if i can help you in any way.

I have a schematic using the AD533 and one using the 1496. Do you want them? I don't know if the AD633 is a direct substitute of the AD533, so I asked it before send the schematic.

The AD533 version looks very similar with mine (I have the AD633 version).

I see they used to place the power trans inside the box those days

I want to build it too, but I can't put my hands in the ICs that it needs. Here I can't find lots of cool ICs.

Well, yes and no... The Frequency Analyzer is reissued but with a different balanced modulator IC.
The current production unit has an AD633 ic.

Keep in mind that this is a rare chip,too.
