Zachary has posted some of the info about how the NanoHead works here but if you're looking to build a little amp, I would recommend Doug Hammond's FireFly instead of trying to clone a NanoHead.

If you search for "firefly" you'll find plenty of threads about it.

Most little tube amps are quite similar so you can learn a lot about all of them by building one.
