It's been a while since I've ordered anything from him, but it arrived very quickly (less than a week), and I had a response from him within a couple of hours saying that he was dispatching the items.  I've had a slower response from some UK companies.

It's been a while, but the service was excellent and delivery time around a week IIRC.  Expect longer times now as SB expands and also UK customs are being far more vigilant about incoming mail with some of the recent threats.  Customs fees are also at a lower threshold now, £18 is the cut off.

However long it takes, probably 3/4 of the time is taken up by the UK postal system which is falling apart because of lazy, skiving postmen or what ever stupid PC job title they are given now.
