Hi!. I know there were other threads about this. But i want to know what do u think about motorola ones?. It's the only i can get in here?. Any good?. Other than the siemens?. Also...what are the radioshack type you refer to?. Thanks a lot!!

Hi.  I haven't really had a bad Axis build (yet).  They seem consistent.  But that's only based on three.  Transistors I used were from various manufacturers, bought from two outlets that are kind of "Radio Shack" down under.  Why not socket the regular ones, and if you get the "magic" ones later you can try them out?

hey man you're going backwards, you already have the best, Motorola 3904's and 3906's are great! DON'T use any rat shack crap unless you want your pedal to sound just like crap...

i'm afraid i live in the patagonia, argentina, and those are the only ones i can get. I was lokking for the siemens cuse someone said where pretty good. Didn't know about these ones. I'll give them a try and let you all know. Thanks for all the replies!

Siemens are great too! Boy you guys have it rough over there when it comes to transistors...
