It should be 0,00056uF. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Parallel and series man! just hook some smaller or bigger(series) caps up to make the value you want. I think (not sure at all) that series is add togetther values(for two) and divide by four. parallel adds the values.

strungout

1Farad =
1 000 uF(microFarad) =
1 000 000 nF(nanoFarad) =
1 000 000 000pF(picoFarad)

560pF could be marked 561, .56nF, .00056uF.

When you just have 3 numbers on the cap, the first two are the value, and the last one tells you how many zeros to add after it. 561 = 56 + one zero = 560pF; 223 = 22 + three zeros = 22 000pF or 22nF or .022uF.

I wrote a bunch of zeros on a sheet pinned to my wall:

000|000|000|000
....F.....u.....n.....p

(each unit is under the last zero of its group). It made it easier for me to put any value in uF, nF, pF etc.

Hope that helps.
