You might be able to use one of those small, cheap audio transformers from Mouser with a winding that will do. Unfortuantely, you'll need a meter that does inductance, and some trial and error to find out, as inductance isn't on their spec sheet.

According to C Anderton (in his Project #3, Passive tone control), Mouser's 42TM019 has a primary with inductance of 5 to 6H. Presumably, the center tap would be half that.
