fuzz face

hi ive just put together the fuzz face from amz projects! its really fuzzy. i mean realy fuzzy more than the sound clip! any ideas. its my first real stomp. i did the tweako as a  sort of proto type in a aplastic box :-) gone on to hte sprayed up stuff now :-)

Kool, sounds like it's working!
 Are you using the Gain and guitar Volume knobs?

took out the gain pot coz didnt seem to work. seemed to tust takr the volume up and down? is there a link anywhere to show how to wire the pots correctly?

it just seems realy to fuzzy compared to the sound clip[

Well, the gain pot should reduce gain, in fact most of my FF's only start really gaining up around 7/10ths CW turning of the Gain pot.
 If at first you don't succeed, try try again ! ! ! !...as the saying goes.
 That seems strange behaviour indeed, The gain pot should turn the gain down, as should the guitars volume knob.
