Green Ringer reference voltages??

can someonehelp me find some reference voltages from a working G.R.'s transistor pins?
 I posted mine yesterday, they 'look' wierd, but this thing Is wierd too, so I can't really make heads or tails from them.
 Any other info...stuff to watch out or look for when debuggin \
