What the hell are these for?  I should have asked around before I bought 20 of 'em, but on Small Bear it said "repair/clone a Phase 90" right next to them.

They didn't test out on my JFET tester, and putting them in my Phase 90 in place of the 2N5952's and 2N4125 resulted in a dead pedal.

Ideas?
