Only slightly OT: Figuring out which transformer to use

This question probably has an obvious answer, but here goes anyway:

I'm looking at the schematics for the various supro amps on www.schematicheaven.com, and I'm not sure what specs are needed for the power and output transformers.  

How do I figure out what specs I need so I could buy suitable transformers?
