octave up - ala 12 string

Im looking for specs on a device that would do the 12 string simulation like a boss PS (not POS)(    ). Ever seen something like that?

Clean and analog? No way!!! Is better to buy a cheap Zoom multieffect than build a pholyphonic and clean digital octave.
