TS-808 Problem

I picked up an old Ibanez TS-808. It seems to have about half the output than my buddies does? Any ideas on what to replace or what to look for?

Testing useing the techniques outlined in DIY FAQ and Debugging Page.
 What kind of OA, and the voltage measurements, are an EZ, good place to start.
 Electrolytic cap failure could cause [I think, absence of one does anyway] the symptoms you outlined.
 Pot problem. Anything else that could cause this. Just kidding but serious....hardly ever is it a resistor, may be a broken connection/solder joint.
