CS-505

I have a CS-505 that is doing some stupid stuff. When I got it the LED was staying on and the circuit wasnt changing I noticed some solder leads sodlered together in the bypass switching section so i am pretty sure I fixed that properly however now im getting no power out of the votage regulator which is suppsoed to read 12V. Anyone know what could have went wrong??

My previous posts about the Holier Grail and the DG stomp have both been fixed. The DG stomp I figured out all on my own.

My CS-505 runs on 18v.

Yes I know so does mine, But it does through a 12V regulator and then gets divided to get 12V and 6V. I think my regulator is blown because i disconnected the 12V output pin and i am barely getting any voltage there.
