Read This! 9V+18V regulated power supply needed

Has anyone got a layout for a regulated PS having 9v and 18v outputs using only one transformer?

I wish this type of project can be posted in Tonepad or GGG because I'm sure many newbies like me will benefit and will not be constrained from building 18v FXs.

If this layout does not yet exist, Im sure one of you experts out there would only spend a couple of minutes in creating one.
