dc jack - General Guitar Gadgets Late 60s Boutique Fuzz Face

Hi there,

I am new to building my own guitar pedals and I need some help with wiring up the dc jack on the  Late 60s Boutique Fuzz Face - PNP Transistor, Negative Ground Version. I am not quite sure how to wire a dc jack socket to the pcb and the battery. If anyone can help out and tell me what dc jack socket to use (I am in the UK) and how to wire the lugs of it to the appropriate wires, I would be most grateful.
