Tremulus Lune - Smoothness and Spacing pot values

argh!

these are supposed to be 500k each, but I accidentally ordered 250k! aside from trying to scratch away the conductor on each pot to make em 500k, what can I do?

what's effect would 250k have here? looks like the smoothness pot is a voltage divider - will the 250k work ok?

should i operate?

Oy.

It will still work, the smaller value will just limit the range you can go through with the spacing and smoothness pots.

what does the spacing pot do anyway?

do you know which way it will lower the range? that is, will it be in the upper or lower part of each range?
