wah mods, i did it!!! :)

u guys i just finish the mods on my wah... i used a 3PDT from of course  DIYSTOMPBOXES and used it for tru bypass and LED switching, yes and LED, its actually right next to the POT under the rocking pedal so when u turn it on u can see a BLUE light under the rocking pedal and it looks like it was a blinking LED cuz when u rock it down it kinda fades out  its just mad cool........ now i kept the buffer in the input of the WAH (not when bypassed) wat i want to know is if i can turn the BUFFER into a little boost... maybe changing the 10K resistor on the buffer's transistor?? any thoughts about it?? ill take pics as soon as i finish it and ill post some samples cuz i actually think my wah sounds just perfect after doing so many MODs to it,,,, help me out u guys.....

Great job! I did the same a month ago. Now add a cap selector switch 5p2t from ?radioshack?  to switch between caps- its actually easier to install than it seems. I can help ya figure it out if needed as i enjoy help from others often around here. That, and i can tell you in down to earth terms a 5th grader could understand.  Anyway that mod made the best difference! Also try out a few diff caps- so put in some sockets and getr done.

I can't think of any simple mod that will increase gain without changing the freq response, possibly double the collector resistor on the second transistor??
