No but I did an EZ Vibe on perf, works great. Uni is Similar in they both have four phase stages, LFO is more parts on a Uni Vibe, the originals used components no longer available, I suggest you know about this or try the EZ Vibe, or the Neo Vibe. You'll need a large enclosure...
Of course they can be done on perf, if you can't get a PCB, or like to figure out large, complicated puzzles, and don't mind being a bit crosseyed for a couple days...

Speaking of this, does anyone have a perf layout for the EZ Vibe?  I would like to do this sometime soon, but don't think I want to etch yet.

Thanks.

So don't. Reverse the posted layout, print it out, glue it on a piece of Formica, drill the holes and insert the components from the other side. Use the component leads and extra wire to connect everything up using the printed traces as a pattern.

That's how I built my Easy Vibe and it worked just fine.

For more detailed info check out the 4ms site (no, I have no connection to 4ms).

I have.  Believe me, if you're loath to etch a board, forget about doing it on perf!!  I had a big problem with noise and LFO bleedthrough which I never solved, probably due to too many long wires/jumpers.  If you're going to use an existing layout (drill holes, stuff components, etc.) you might as well etch it.  My etched one worked perfectly the first time, and only needed a bit of tweaking to get the bulb in the right range.

I figured it would be tedious either way.  Honestly, I want to start etching, but I'm not sure that I REALLY want to (plus, I'm not sure how the wife feels about chemicals in the kitchen--no basement here).

Thanks for the feedback.

If you had a four stage phaser board...
Like if someone who'se into phasers, drew up a four stage board, then you could do the LFO section however you want.
I find wiring four phase stages on perf rather tedious, I always have to count the 10k's [and there are alot of 10k's seriesed and strewn around there] to figure out which stage I'm wiring...I started counting opamp sides to find my place, still I always feel like I'm about to miswire something, and figureing out a miswire on a perfed four stager...]
I'ts much easier to wire right the first time using a board and following the color code/number scheme to populate it.
I perfed the EZ Vibe, great vibe sound, not noisy, no tik.
