Hi guys , a friend send me this schematic , i dunno, but appears to be a distortion , a simple one .... just check

Try http://www.photobucket.com for picture hosting. Freewebs does not allow direct linking of pictures.

It may distort but it doesn't look like it will even work in the first place.

There are not enough parts for a complete design.

yeah i agree but is a simple schematic i think need more work like tone, and treeble , but is cool to have fun , i copy the schematics into my Circuitmaker program and 0% error in test mode , but the frecuency of distortion is to weird , i change the 1 M resistor to 2 M and i add led diode and other germaniun , also i put a stereo jack for input and 1 more resistor, im going to test on project board ... we never know what can we do heheehhehee in order to have a fun time .....

Won't work:
a) connect the output level contron to the 1k5 resistor/diodes junction instead of at the other side of these diodes. The 0.33 uF cap wall cause the signal to be close to completely absent at this way.

b) take a look at a DOD 250 to see how to connect the + input of the opamp correctly. (requires 2 22k diodes, a cap and that 1M resistor)
3) vary R4 (lower it) to increase gain. As it is now there's a gain of only 6 times.

yeah is true , can't work .......

i do a test on project board and sounds like SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH and feedback hehe.....  

need more work ..... but is fun!
