I am trying to fix this AT small diaphram consdensor. I located the problem to a FET that follows the capsule. The FET is a 2sk660. Since i couldnt find the same one anywhere I ordered some PF53012's from mouser. They seemed to match pretty close. however i cant find a datsheet anywhere. i tried different configurations but i could be wrong. can someone help me out
