I just was wondering what would be considered high gain BJTs, sorry if it's an extremely newb question.  :oops:

EZ answer? 2n5089 or MPSA18
 Darlington...[i Think that's MPSA13...NTE makes one too]
 Darlington made from 2x 2n5089's [don't know about starting with lower gain Q's to build Darlingtransistor]
 2n5088 are also pretty high gain
