rebote 2 delay

I have completed my rebote 2 delay project and have put it in a wah case. It looks pretty cool because i have purple LEd's on the end and i have two control pots for the mix and repeats. I have one problem, the effect doesnt work sometimes, sometimes when i move the pot a little and find a spot it will work, but other times not. its kind of wierd. I have the 100k pot redcuced to 50K. I might need to reduce it a little more because it seems the range is a bit off. any hints woiuld be good, thanks

i think i may have located the problem. I took the pot out and put 9v across the terminals and put the scope on the wiper. As I turn it i get no change in voltage until i reach like 1/3 of the way around. then after that it works ok. does this have something to do with it?
