LDR from Small Bear for Neovibe

Hey guys,

 I ordered 4 LDR from SB for my neovibe project. The ones that came in the mail are the small ones that look like a solar panel or a radiator. All the pictures I have seen on the neovibes have the round metal enclosed LDR. I ordered the one that he says is for the Neovibe/Univibe. There is no picture on his site of this item so I wanted to check with you guys first if these sound like the same ones before I e-mail SB. I know he has been busy and it may be a couple weeks before I get them swapped out if these are not the ones. Thanks guys.

That's correct, you have to line them up against the top of the LED, flat topped LED's work fine, tiny dab of superglue or any totally transparent glue will do.
Instant LDR/LED combo !
Cover the whole thing in cable shrink/thin black foam if you need isolation like the EZVibe does.

Don't you have to use  a lamp bulb in the univibe?
