true bypass questions

I can't  seem to find any layouts on how to build a true bypass box.
Can anyone help me. I know this is a simple one, but i spend much more time playing than i do with a solder pen.  I can overlook how to do stupid simple things very easily.

Well, here's one:

It's intended to showcase the use of the Millenium Bypass circuit, but if you want to leave the Mill off, just leave the battery clip and circuit board out. It's still a true bypass box.
