Shaka express C2 question

Hello ! And congratulations for this wonderful site...
I'm currently building the Shaka Express, using Geofex PCB, and I'm wondering if C2 is really a polarized capacitor : is it electrochemical (english word ?), and is it really 0,47 uF ? I'm having some trouble finding this value in a polarized capacitor form.

.47uF electrolytic cap. Yes.

However, ANY type of cap will work. Film, ceramic, etc.... Use a film if you an find it.
