Anybody own a polychorus?

Hey theres this screw and bolt that came loose, it seems to be the ground, its screwed into the metal casing so yeah probably the ground. Except it came loose and i cant figure out to what that connects to.  In other words the black wire that is screwed into the chassis connects to where?
