Does anyone know why the 102 and 103 caps are missing from the schematics ??

Can you be a little more descriptive? I'm assuming you're looking at the board of a TS. Which model TS (TS-808/9/10/5/7/reissue)? Can you post a picture?

I am on about the 9-series there are some ceramic caps in the circuit that say 102and 103 does that help I might be able to post pics later.

102 would refer to a .001uF cap, and 103 would refer to a .01uF cap, if that's what you're asking.
