?? 4558BCL

Hi,
Went looking for some opamps the other day and came home with (amongst others ) 2 16-pin DIL's marked MCI 4558BCL or MC 14558BCL .  I've searched this site and googled for them and looked up www.datasheetcatalog.com without luck.
DataSheetCatalog has this:
3.3 VOLT ONLY DRIVER/RECEIVER WITH AN INTEGRATED STANDBY MODE
but I'm not sure as this seems to be a surface-mount device.
Any clues?

Its a BCD to 7 segment decoder chip.
