Roland Phase II AP-2 schematic?

Has anyone ever seen the schematic for this one?  I am trying to fix one that has a really wierd problem.  No phasing would happen until the rate pot was at aprox 50%, then the rate would jump very quickly to maximum speed. I replaced the pot, now the speed stays at maximum until you get to the bottom of its travel, where the pedal motorboats.  Have checked the wires going to the pot and looked for broken solder joints, ect.
Any thoughts?

No schematic, but that sounds like old electrolytic caps to me.

k..replaced all electro's...still no go
Thanx for the suggestion though....it was probably due for some new ones anyways
