i have a dunlop wah classic.(this is the one with fasel inductor)

i replaced the pot with a fulltone pot. sounds better.(more vocal)
i was wondering if i should change the fasel inductor. Is dunlop's fasel any good? Fulltone used to sell fasel's but he doesn't anymore. Does any body know where i could get a replacement fulltone fasel for my dunlop wah? did anybody try a fulltone fasel in thier wah.what is the verdict???

thanks
PS:i am looking for that hendrix/ cream clyde MCcoy wah sound. thanks again

I found the fulltone to have a little more filtered bass than the Dunlop red fasel in a Clyde clone circuit.

The area that the red fasel excels in is the treble side. It seems to get some sweet harmonics that the fulltone does not.

The verdict? I've been able to get that filtered bass that the fulltone has by changing up some cap values but I was not able to get the sweet harmonics that the red fasel gets. I would go with another red fasel if I needed to in the future.

Thanks for the report Vanessa !!
My wahs all have original inductors, I messed with 'everything else' and they went from nearly unusable to work pretty good ... might not be good enough though, once I figure out 'better'.
